After spending over 30 years abroad, I’ve returned to Malaysia to reconnect with my roots and continue my family’s TCM tradition.

I am a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Pharmacist in Australia. I  am also your host at the Chinese Herbal Pantry YouTube Channel. 

Here, you will learn how to improve your health and relieve minor symptoms by using Chinese herbs at home effectively, and most importantly, safely.

Heard that jujube (red dates) tea can be used for better sleep? According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, red dates can calm our mind, so it is indeed often used for better sleep. However, it is not necessarily suitable for all people who have sleep issues. In this video, I shared three jujube tea recipes and explained which may and may not suit you. I also explained which jujube tea recipes on the internet might be not suitable for sleep.

Too busy and having no time to cook Chinese herbal soup? I think there is one solution for you – Instant pot and ready-made herbal soup pack. If we use the traditional method, cooking Chinese herbal soup might need at least 2 hours to up to 4 hours. If we use the instant pot and ready-made herbal soup pack, in one hour, you will get to enjoy the soup. In this video, I teach you how to make herbal soup in an instant pot.
